Our coverage lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of wear
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your statement again.
Contact the company that issued your credit card, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Generally, the processing time must be considered before a refund is credited.
If you've done all of this and haven't received your refund yet, please contact us.

Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us and we will give you instructions on how to return your product.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver had the order shipped to himself to gift it to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on the place of delivery, the time it takes for the replaced product to be delivered may vary.
